Get ready, Nighthawks! Our very first READ-a-THON fundraiser is here and we’re hoping to raise $30,000 for our school!

Here’s how you can help:

  1. Register your student(s) by 9/2 to participate in the fundraiser. Follow this link and use school identifier: 68388ae27dec0.

  2. Customize your student or family donation page. Add your picture and a message to your friends and family. Make it your own!

  3. Share it with your friends, family, co-workers and even social media right from the FundHub platform. It’s super easy and the more you share, the more you will raise for our school!

  4. GET READING and track those reading minutes every day for a chance to earn amazing prizes!

Why give?

It takes a village.

We all want the same thing — an engaging, fun, safe, and thriving school environment for our students. In order to make that dream come true, we need your help to keep New Hope AMAZING!

Your PTO memberships help support so much magic for our students and staff during the school year. We’re able to provide

  • Teacher Appreciation Week

  • FREE family events like Movie Night and our Around the World Celebration

  • Field Day fun

This Fundraiser, however, is a separate opportunity to think BIG for our school. This is our once-a-year chance to earn major funding for the big-ticket items that really make a difference. This funding is used for things like:

  • New playground equipment for all of our field and blacktop space — yes, we still need more to support our growing student body!

  • New technology (laptops for all last year!)

  • Teacher grants for supplies (Over $8K given to staff each of the last two years!)

Giving FAQs

  • Our #1 priority this year is to furnish additional recess equipment on the newly enclosed field nearest Castleberry Road. In addition, we hope to provide additional resources to our existing recess spaces.

  • You’re correct! This is the first year our PTO is running this large fundraiser all on our own without the use of a 3rd party company.

    However, our website is not equipped to handle the level of financial donations we’d receive, so FundHub is the technology platform we’re using to help us collect donations.

  • That’s a great 2-part question!

    1. FundHub will keep a small portion of funds to cover credit card processing fees, however you can help us re-coup those fees by selecting the box at checkout. On average, FundHub users keep 95-97% of what they raise.

    2. PTO will not ‘keep’ any of the funds we raise in the end. All donations are given back to the school in form of equipment, technology, or grant money.
